On behalf of SEHA and Al Dhafra Hospitals, we are pleased to extend to your esteemed organization our sincere greetings and appreciation. We are honored to invite you to participate as a sponsor in the 5th Al Dhafra Hospitals Health Forum 2026, a prominent community, health, and scientific event, which will be held under the patronage of the Ruler’s Representative Court in the Al Dhafra Region.
The Forum is considered one of the most significant health and community events in the Al Dhafra Region, as it encompasses a wide range of community and scientific activities, with the participation of leaders, experts, and specialists in the healthcare sector, alongside government and private entities. This aligns with the national initiatives aimed at enhancing community health and improving the quality of healthcare services.
The Forum is scheduled to take place from 4 to 6 November 2026 at the Baynounah Educational Complex – Madinat Zayed City – Al Dhafra Region – Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The Forum’s program includes an integrated agenda comprising:
• Community and awareness activities targeting various segments of society, aimed at raising health awareness, promoting the concept of prevention, and encouraging healthy lifestyles.
• An internationally accredited medical conference as part of Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, focusing on the exchange of expertise and the presentation of the latest medical practices.
• An exhibition with the participation of healthcare entities and relevant institutions.
• The launch of the fifth edition of the Artificial Intelligence Applications Competition in Healthcare Development, with the participation of school and university students, in support of innovation and in encouraging creative ideas that contribute to the development of healthcare services and the effective utilization of modern technologies.
Through these pillars, the Forum aims to:
• Enhance community health awareness and support national health initiatives.
• Encourage innovation and the adoption of smart solutions in healthcare development.
• Highlight the role of institutional partnerships in supporting the healthcare sector and serving the community.
• Provide opportunities for networking and building partnerships with entities operating in the Al Dhafra Region.
The 2026 edition is expected to witness wide attendance and outstanding media coverage. Previous editions of the Forum have achieved remarkable success, attracting more than 10,000 visitors, with the participation and support of over 90 entities, in addition to 50 exhibition booths, and a comprehensive scientific and community program.
Based on our commitment to strengthening cooperation with public and private sector institutions, the Organizing Committee has prepared a variety of sponsorship packages that provide sponsoring entities with appropriate institutional visibility and enable them to actively contribute to supporting community awareness programs and healthcare innovation, within clear regulatory frameworks commensurate with the standing of paticipating entities.
We hope that this invitation will receive your kind consideration. We would be pleased to coordinate with you to present the sponsorship package details and discuss potential areas of cooperation in a manner that achieves our shared objectives.
Please accept our highest regards and appreciation.
