Prof. Lisa Pratt
Professor Lisa Marie (Bayliss) Pratt trained as a Registered Nurse in the UK from 1996 to 1999. With a career in healthcare spanning over two decades, Lisa has held positions at both local, national, and international levels. From working as a frontline nurse in the private and public sector, to influencing national health education policy, as the Chief Nurse of Health Education England, to program directing a global early careers nursing leadership initiative that was part of raising the profile and status of nursing globally, namely Nursing Now in collaboration with the World Health Organization and the International Council of Nursing.
Lisa strives to work alongside colleagues and stakeholders, collectively aiming to build a world-class, sustainable, compassionate, and competent healthcare workforce that guarantees access to high-quality care and treatment for the people and communities of the UAE and beyond.
