Dr. Maqbool Qadir is consultant Pediatrics and Neonatology at Marinate Zayed hospital. He is also RCC for AlDhafra region since 2022. Dr. Maqbool Qadir is Diplomat American Board of Pediatrics and Neonatal-perinatal Medicine. He had more than 40 years of experience in Neonatology, having served at various hospitals in USA, Pakistan and UAE.

In UAE, He joined Al Rahba Hospital as Consultant Pediatrics and Neonatology in 2013. He had been involved in various quality improvement projects and was instrumental in implementing “Universal Bilirubin Screening “ across SEHA hospitals. He had earned the “ SEHA 100 best Employee” award on 2015.

Dr. Qadir has been speaker in various conferences across UAE and have published several papers in international journals. He was also involved in the curriculum development of “Helping babies breathe” initiative of American Academy of Pediatrics.
